Military Force Development & Corporate Team Building

Developing staff is essential to ensure your organisation is able to embrace change and maintain positive attitudes to tackling challenges. Our dynamic activities are a wake-up from the more common classroom based facilitation.

Activities can be tailored to suit your desired outcomes. Anglia Adventures is proud to be a leading external training provider for Royal Air Force Marham on their 2009 whole Station Force development day.

Corporate Team Building

Corporate Team Building.

A range of dynamic and highly engaging activities to develop problem solving, personal thinking skills, communication and team work. Activities can be room based team problem tasks with highly structured evaluations linking to your corporate goals and needs for change, or big, outdoor and a bit physical such as fun with giant catapults, giant construction tasks to a range of classic military style problem solving command tasks.
